In our SMALL GROUP sessions, you train with a small group of up to 5 people in our gym in Arnhem. This allows us to tailor the workouts even better to your unique body and personal situation. We always keep an eye on your progress for the best results.
Small group training is ideal to do with friends, acquaintances, or colleagues. You have the advantage of personal guidance and the motivation of your workout buddies. If you prefer to train your lower body today, but upper body is on the schedule, no problem. The SMALL GROUP sessions are super flexible, and we always adjust them to your situation.
We work together on improving your strength, endurance, explosiveness, fitness, and perseverance. You will soon notice that you feel better and more balanced in your daily life, albeit with some muscle soreness now and then.
